Who is this course for? Anyone who finds a fear of falling is limiting their performance, except for those who have suffered a climbing or belaying accident (if this is you, please get in touch for a more bespoke option).
What’s the time commitment? You’ll need to set aside 1hr per week for the actual coaching sessions, and then at least 1 climbing session per week to focus on the exercises for the week.
What can I expect from the course? An individual assessment to develop an understanding of how your fear developed and how it is being maintained. A clear plan for how to improve your focus when climbing. Online group coaching sessions to go through each week’s lesson in a safe and supportive atmosphere, clear notes and recordings of the sessions to review at your leisure. Access to email support from me in between, and a group chat forum to share ideas, support each other and chart progress. An individual review at the end to check your progress, iron out any glitches and set you on the right path for the future.
